• The sound quality is not as good. It seems that this headset has some problem especially while using on desktop PC.

• Item isn't working properly. When it is jacked in completely, no sound can be heard at all. Have to adjust and niggle, and can only somehow work when jacked in 3/4. And considering I paid extra for DHL, it didn't arrive in three days but seven days. Very disappointed.
